Bookings made by telephone
Once we have confirmed your booking the payment must be made in full.The person who makes the Booking will be responsible for ensuring that the conditions of let are adhered to, for any loss or damage to the accommodation or its contents except for fair wear and tear however caused by a member of his party during the period of rent.

Insurance
We would recommend that you take out adequate holiday insurance to cover any costs you might incur if you have to cancel your holiday, as we do not provide any insurance under the terms of your holiday rental agreement.

Damages
In the unfortunate event of loss or damage to the property or its contents, Pinfold Farm reserves the right to pursue the full cost of any damages.The property should be maintained in a clean and tidy condition during the rental period. Should the property require excessive cleaning there will be an additional charge of fifty pounds.

Conditions of Let
The property at Pinfold Farm is to be used for the purpose of holiday let only and is not an assured tenancy under the terms of the Housing Act 1988. You therefore only have the right to occupy the property for the agreed period of rental for holiday purposes only in terms of Schedule 4 of the aforementioned Act. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who, in our opinion, is not suitable to take occupation of the property. In such cases all payments shall be refunded and the contract terminated without further liability. We also reserve the right to terminate the Contract at any time or remove any persons due to unreasonable behaviour, damage to property or causing annoyance or offence. In such cases any refund shall be at the discretion of the company.

Property
Personal property is your own responsibility and not that of Pinfold Farm. Vehicles are left at your own risk.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason we require this in writing. If your cancellation is made up to fourteen days in advance of your arrival then half the cost of the holiday rental would be payable. If however your cancellation is up to seven days before you are due to arrive then the total cost would be payable.
We will, of course, make every effort to re-let the cottage to someone else in order to reduce the cost of cancellation as much as possible.
If the accommodation is not available on the confirmed booking dates due to events beyond our reasonable control we will take reasonable steps to find alternative accommodation. If we are unable to do so, then all monies paid will be refunded. Pinfold Farm will have no further liability to you or any other party.
